I built my career in high-friction media production—ad campaigns across three states, brutal deadlines, colliding egos. On one production in Venice, we got robbed mid-shoot and still delivered the final cut on time. I know the difference between real, existential pressure and the kind people describe at daily stand-ups.
I blend creative chaos with systemic rigor.
I layered that frontline experience with formal credentials (MBA, PMP)—not to become a middle manager, but to build the frameworks that let highly creative people do their best work without tearing each other apart. I translate chaotic visions into mechanical execution.
I operate independently.
When I take on a project, I step into the team's world, fix the pipelines, get the group aligned, and get out of the way. No clipboard. No rigid playbook. Just frictionless output.
What Makes My Work Different
The question I keep coming back to: How do you take a massive, chaotic vision and actually build it — without the chaos eating the team alive?
Most talented people eventually hit a wall. The exact thing that makes them great — their relentless creativity and ambition — starts tearing the work apart. Egos collide. Communication breaks. The friction becomes the full-time job.
The standard response is to bring in someone with a clipboard to enforce rigid rules and play manager. That usually just pisses everyone off and ruins the work.
On AI.
AI isn't a magic wand. It's an operational tool that replaces the busywork. If you aren't integrating it into your systems, you are actively choosing to be slower and more expensive than you need to be.
On creativity.
Creativity without a system is just noise. If there is no product, you are not productive. The best creative work needs concrete boundaries to actually ship.
On operations.
Real project management isn't about micromanaging people. It's about removing the friction between highly capable individuals so they can just do their jobs.
On culture.
Culture isn't built at corporate retreats. It's forged at 2:00 AM when the project is on fire and you're sharing Pop Tarts, trying to figure it out together.
